What is TheXchange

Government isn’t a single enterprise. It’s a federation – and that changes everything.

Every federal agency advances its own mission, and the Offices of Management and Budget and Procurement Policy govern the internal rules of Xchange of that federation. Data generates information which serves as intelligence between agencies as they procure, secure, and deploy IT and every deployment is shaped by distinct cultures, policies, and mission objectives.

TheXchange takes that practice and extends it to the broader IT and business communities. It’s a working forum where mission agencies, contractors, technology providers, and policy experts sit at the same table and have the conversations that actually move the work of agency mission and function.

This is not a panel. This is not a press release. This is the room where the people who know the work talk with the people who do the work – and the result is better outcomes for the government, for industry, and for the mission.
